The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, as a unique and independent body, performs the function of prosecuting natural and legal persons for criminal offenses that are prosecuted ex officio, as well as the function of prosecuting perpetrators of other punishable acts, it performs the prosecutorial function for the municipalities of Bijelo Polje and Mojkovac, in the jurisdiction of the Basic Court in Bijelo Polje.
