Jurisdiction
The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Herceg Novi acts before the Basic Court in Herceg Novi, i.e. it is responsible for the area of the Municipality of Herceg Novi. This prosecutor's office performs the tasks of prosecuting perpetrators of criminal offenses for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio, threatened with fines and imprisonment of up to ten years and misdemeanors, as well as other tasks prescribed by law.
