Registry office of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić

Letters for the State Prosecutor's Office are received in the office, during all working hours, and outside regular working hours and on non-working days, letters related to urgent cases are received by the head of the State Prosecutor's Office, that is, state and prosecutors who are on duty, that is, on standby. The registry office is open for clients on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Reception of parties at state prosecutors
The time for receiving parties is determined by the business schedule and published on the notice board of the State Prosecutor's Office, and on the doors of the state prosecutors' offices. Parties are received every working day, in the period from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., while applicants of criminal charges are also received outside of that time. Persons who, due to distance and other various reasons, find it difficult to return to the State Prosecutor's Office are also admitted outside the time specified for receiving parties, with the prior approval of the head of the State Prosecutor's Office. The same procedure is followed in other urgent and justified cases.

Complaints and petitions

Complaints and petitions can be submitted by mail, e-mail and in a special box for complaints and petitions located near the bulletin board in the State Prosecutor's Office. Complaints and petitions must contain the designation of the subject and the reason for submission, otherwise they will not be considered.
