The State Prosecutor's Office is a unique and independent state body that prosecutes perpetrators of criminal offenses and other punishable offenses that are prosecuted ex officio. The Basic State Prosecutor's Office is established for the area of one or more basic courts.
The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Pljevlje was established for the area of the Basic Court in Pljevlje and the Basic Court in Žabljak.
