Pursuant to the public announcement for employment in the capacity of a trainee in the State Prosecutor’s Office for a period of three years, published on 22 December 2025 in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, on 20 December 2025 in a printed media outlet, and on 19 December 2025 on the website of the Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office, and on the basis of Articles 17 and 156 of the Law on the State Prosecutor’s Office (Official Gazette of Montenegro, Nos. 11/15, 42/15, 80/17, 10/18, 76/20 and 59/21), as well as Article 20 in conjunction with Articles 15, 19 and 21 of the Law on Trainees in Courts and the State Prosecutor’s Office and the Judicial Exam (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 55/2016 of 17 August 2016 and No. 57/2016 – corrigendum of 25 August 2016), the Supreme State Prosecutor has adopted a decision on the selection of trainees in the State Prosecutor’s Office, according to the order established on the Ranking List No. Tu.br. 544/25 of 21 January 2026, as follows:
