on State (\"Official Gazette of Montenegro\", Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 11\/15, 42\/15, 80\/17, 10\/18, 76\/20, 59\/21 and 54\/24)), the Secretariat of the Prosecutor's Council (hereinafter: the Secretariat) was established for the professional performance of professional, financial, administrative, IT, analytical and other tasks Prosecutor's Council and affairs of common interest for all state prosecutor's offices.\u00a0<\/p><p>Bearing in mind the need to implement measures to strengthen the administrative capacity of the Secretariat of the Prosecutorial Council, in order for the Prosecutorial Council to perform its responsibilities more efficiently, the need for adopting a new Rulebook on the internal organization and systematization of the Secretariat of the Prosecutorial Council emerged.<\/p><p>Based on Article 171 paragraph 2 of the Law on the State Prosecutor's Office (\"Official Gazette of Montenegro\", number 11\/15, 42\/15, 80\/17, 10\/18, 76\/20, 59\/21 and 54\/24), on the proposal of the secretary of the Secretariat of the Prosecutorial Council, the Prosecutorial Council adopted the Rulebook on the internal organization and systematization of the Secretariat on December 20, 2024. of the Prosecutor's Council, which entered into force on December 30, 2024.<\/p><p>In the Secretariat of the Prosecutor's Council, in accordance with the aforementioned Rulebook, 5 organizational units are foreseen, namely:<\/p><ol><li>- Department for professional support in the work of the Prosecutor's Council,<\/li><li>- Service for information - communication technologies and multimedia,<\/li><li>- Service for general and personnel affairs,\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>- Accounting and Finance Department,<\/li><li>- Public Procurement
